Deadwood: Season 2
The illegal camp of Deadwood, found in the Black Hills of South Dakota, is under the reign of new sheriff Seth Bullock (Timothy Olyphant) in this second season of David Milch's intriguing HBO series. But that doesn't mean law and order has finally come to an essentially lawless town; everyone's still out for himself during the massive gold strike, and money and power are still valued above all else. Co-stars Keith Carradine and Ian McShane.
The Office: Season 1
Based on Ricky Gervais's hit BBC sitcom, this American remake stars Steve Carell as Michael Scott, the deluded general manager of a boring suburban workplace. A biting satire that skewers office life with devious relish, "The Office" co-stars John Krasinski as the lustful Jim, Jenna Fischer as receptionist Pam, Rainn Wilson as know-it-all Dwight and B.J. Novak as temp Ryan.
Eddie Izzard: Glorious
Self-proclaimed executive transvestite and comedian Eddie Izzard brings his stand-up act to the Apollo Theater in Labatt. With topics including the nature of God, the search for a career, classical mythology and Scooby-Doo, Izzard presents intellectual and fast-paced comedy. His imitations include Sean Connery, whom he imagines playing Noah trying to convince God that a speedboat would be a better photo opportunity than an ark.
